Return Policy

All products purchased from the ShuttleSlide LLC. website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, if the product is in NEW CONDITION.   Parts received within the first 30 days after purchase that are not in NEW CONDITION will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  After the 30 day grace period, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if they are in NEW CONDITION.  After 90 days we can not accept any returns regardless of their condition.  Parts returned that are NOT in NEW CONDITION and are deemed unable to be returned to a NEW CONDITION may not be eligible for refund, or eligible only in part of the original purchase price, less shipping.  If purchased from a vendor or re-seller besides ShuttleSlide LLC., please coordinate your return with that vendor. If you think your mount is defective, do not request an RMA# for a return.  Instead, head to the Warranty page.  ShuttleSlide LLC. products are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.  Please see the Warranty page for details and how to submit a warranty claim if needed.

Preparing your return:

Before you begin the return process, make sure the product you plan to return is in NEW CONDITION.  Damaged products cannot be returned. ShuttleSlide LLC. accepts returns of full mounting systems or individual components. If any component is used, altered, scratched, or otherwise deemed to be not suitable for resale, we may not be able to accept the component for return. If all product components are in NEW CONDITION condition, a refund is granted in the amount of the product’s listed price when it was originally sold, less shipping.  If products that are received are deemed to be unfit for resale ShuttleSlide LLC., at it's sole discretion, may choose to return the shipment back to the original sender if the sender pays for return shipping costs.  Shipping charges are not refunded.  If you know the parts you wish to return are not in NEW CONDITION, call and talk with us prior to sending them back and we will make our best efforts to maximize the value of your return depending on the extent of damage present.  Partial refunds are supported by ShuttleSlide LLC.

How to make a return:

You will need the following.
·       ShuttleSlide LLC. Order ID number from the original shipment
·       Names and part numbers of the specific parts as well as the quantities being returned.
·       The product being returned with all original components, hardware and packaging included.

Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

To receive your RMA number contact us via email at: support@shuttleslide.com
Write your RMA number clearly on the exterior of the container you are shipping your products in.  Any products received without an RMA number may significantly delay your refund or prevent it completely if we can't match your account to the returned parts.
