THIS PLATE IS INTENDED TO BE USED WITH QUEST/INSTINCT MOTORS ONLY AND IS NOT FOR SALE SEPARATELY
Have a new Quest or Instinct? This mandatory plate is required to attach your motor to an EXD mount and is also compatible with RTA-55 or MKA-56 quick release mounts. With this part you can attach the EXD mount within a range of distances from the edge of the rub rail with up to 14.5 inches before the first holes start to attach to your boat deck. This one plate supports 0,2, 4, 6 or 8 inch “extensions” with it’s built in hole patterns for our sliding brackets. This allows your first set of holes to be at 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, 12.5 or a maximum of 14.5 inches from the edge of the rub rail where the shaft of your trolling motor will be.
Material: CNC machined from 0.50″ thick 6061-T6 aluminum
Only Used for: Up to 8 inch extension for Quest or Instinct trolling motors (NOT SOLD SEPARATELY)

The 12-EXD with the mount for the Terrova Quest is absolutely perfect. I went with a straight up mounting position with plenty of room to spare with this plate designed for the Terrova Quest. When deployed there is no flex in the mount.
