Description
Rotating Trolling Motor Mount
THIS IS A NEW PRODUCT WITH LIMITED AVAILABILITY DUE TO DEMAND, PLEASE ALLOW APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.
This Patent Pending mount is CNC Machined from 1.0″ thick 6061-T6 aluminium. Additionally, it is Type III Hard Coat Anodized per MIL-A-8625 and comes with a lifetime warranty*. This model rotates fully with 4 locking positions at 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees. Fully compatible with your Minn Kota, Garmin, Rhodan, Power-Pole, Motorguide or any other trolling motor with up to 108 inch shaft length. If you want to use your standard quick release mount such as RTA-17, MKA-21, RTA-54, RTA-62, MKA-64, RTA-55, MKA-56, or Garmin versions, we have those hole patterns included already so you are all set! Quest series motors require QST-1 expander plate so please add that to your cart when ordering for those motors. With a built in, simple to use detent mechanism, simply pull the large pin and rotate the motor so the shaft clears the rub rail. Easy! The SS-7.5R is the most robust rotating mounting system available today.
Why choose SS-7.5R? (Short Video)
- You have limited space to mount a trolling motor (clear deck space required for a 7.625″ diameter circle)
- You want the trolling motor to sit off to the side and sit along the gunwale
- You want a clear view of the bow without the trolling motor obstructing your field of view
- ALL SS-7.5R mounts require 6 holes in your deck for proper attachment with first bolt within approximately 14 inches from edge of rub rail
- Uses all 3/8″ 316 Stainless hardware

Mounted the 7.5R on my Sea Hunt 212 Triton. So far, I think it’s great. It’s very sturdy and effective and tucks my TM neatly away. Your rotating mount is solid and built like a tank.

The trolling motor was the final piece to bring my 2005 Contender “dream boat” together. I am very happy I went with your mount. I’ve only had positive experiences with Shuttleslide- the mount, the staff, everything. It’s thicker and better anodized than others being sold today, and multiple locking stop points. Thanks so much and of course I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a mount.

It is well made and worked perfectly on my Scout 255LXF with the MinnKota trolling motor.

Finally was able to get my Garmin kraken and shuttle slide mount mounted !! What absolute beasts both units are!! Sandy & the ShuttleSlide company were such great people to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this mount and this company … such a pleasure working with them as they answered all my questions and were super helpful throughout the entire. process. They are the best in the business! I added my pictures onto the Kraken Owners Facebook page too.

Best rotating one the market, 7.5R has far exceeded my expectation. Just last week we were getting pummeled by 4 foot swells on a 69 mile run in lightening storms. Bad enough one outrigger snapped at the base and fell into boat. TM auto deployed once but Shuttle Slide base withstood the beating with zero issues. And sure is nice not having to climb up on gunnel to deploy motor!
